Customers of the Tucson/SW, Ariz., franchise sent a letter to say they are very grateful and appreciative for everything the location did for them. They also said the staff is very hard working.

Toledo, Ohio

Customers wrote to the Toledo, Ohio, franchise to say how satisfied they were with the service received on a recent move. They wrote that Matt Diakonis, Mike Harris, Wayland Thomas and Tyler Garland were “absolutely wonderful.” The moving team was professional, worked extremely hard and went above and beyond their duties. They plan to advertise the location and would call again for assistance in the future.

I would like to express my thanks to the two gentlemen that were sent to move my daughter's belongings to her new apartment. Joseph and Micah we friendly, efficient and very accommodating with us. My daughter and I are really happy with the job they performed and wanted you to know that we appreciated their efforts on Wednesday. As this was my daughter's first apartment, she was apprehensive, overwhelmed and nervous, but Joseph and Micah handled the situation extremely well, and put her at ease with their friendly banter.
