Lansing, Mich.

The Lansing franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a comment from a happy customer who was impressed by the team's hard work during a recent move.

I found myself extremely impressed by two of your Two Men and a Truck employees who unloaded two semi-trailers for me on May 3 and 10. Jason and Ryan were congenial, industrious, conscientious and determined throughout the long hours to accomplish their unwieldy task. They brought the business truck to furnish a ramp for the job and proceeded to carefully secure the ramp to the semi-trailer with the straps I provided at my request for both their personal safety as well as my peace of mind. Also, I really appreciate the care they bestowed upon my belongings as well as my newly redecorated home. I noticed too, the engineering skills they utilized both to expeditiously accomplish their task as well as to store my stuff conserving space in its destination. Both men were not only polite through the whole ordeal, but considerate too. Although unloading the second truck took a long time with the amount of loose paraphernalia, they kept on track and on task until the job was completed. I would certainly recommend both Ryan and Jason to anyone in need of the services your company provides.

Warren-Clermont, Ohio

The Warren-Clermont location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a positive customer comment after a successful move.

We just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic experience...the young men, Brandon and Tim, from Mason, Ohio who moved our "stuff" were upbeat and very professional. You really should have them work together as a team all the time! It made our day that much more exciting! Thank you again! We have and will continue to talk highly of your company! I filled our your survey too but just wanted to let you know how awesome the men you have working for you are!

Fort Worth SE, Texas

The Fort Worth SE location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a compliment from a happy customer who was amazed at the team's work.

I am happy to take the time to commend your company for providing an excellent service at a reasonable price. This industry has many questionable players, and your management has obviously set a goal to be the best and I can see it in every aspect. Bu the two guys you ended up sending on my job were the face of your efforts. They were excellent in every way. If I had been a prissy lady with fine furniture they would've wrapped my cat. But I am a regular guys with well-used stuff so I asked for just some wrapping and blanket separation. They complied. The blanket on the door jam was a welcome surprise. They used a dolly only on the refrigerator, washer and dryer. Everything else was brute strength and I guess that made it faster. When not moving something they were walking briskly or even trotting. I have to say, my wife and I were amazed. Excellent.

Reply cards across the country

The Birmingham and Cleveland locations of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® lived up to the core values recently after they received reply cards from happy customers who were blown away at the work ethic and respect their movers displayed during recent moves.

Birmingham:
I just want to rave about Holland, Gary, Madison, and Tyler. They have been hustling all day and working non-stop. They always call me sir and run constantly. Gary could be the strongest kid I have ever seen. I have never used Two Men and a Truck before, but I will definitely again and recommend them very highly. They have been without power for days and you would never know. Very professional and very understanding in a tough time in Alabama.

One happy customer,

John

Cleveland:
We had "three men and a truck" for a small move to assisted living. The men were gracious, friendly, neat, organized, and completed the job efficiently and carefully. We were leery of viewing the final bill and seeing extra unanticipated charges, but the estimate was below the original quote-which was a very pleasant surprise.

This team of men was a pleasure to do business with. Give them a raise! They deserve it! Kudos to them and their teamwork!!

Waukesha, Wis.

The Waukesha location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a thank you from a blind gentleman who was impressed with his moving team.

We were very happy with the service that Two Men and a Truck provided. The cost of the move was several hundred dollars less than we thought it would be. The fellows that did the move were very courteous and so on. We found out about Two Men and a Truck from friends that had used them in the past. I must add here, the name is truly great.

Thank you for the great job.
