Home Office recieved these e-mails in addition to positive e-reply cards:
I do not generally respond to feedback and survey requests. However, since the movers did a good job and expressed that it was important to them, I am replying to your email. I was pleased with their work. I do plan to recommend your company to a coworker.
Thank you,
Diana

Albuquerque, New Mexico
The Home Office Quality Control team recently recieved a thank-you letter from the Rape Crisis Center of Central New Mexico regarding the Albuquerque, New Mexico franchise team.
The RCCCNM works with survivors of sexual violence. It provides free counseling, support and advocacy services to survivors, family emembers and loved one as well as community education in Bernalillo, Sandoval, Torrance and Valencia counties.
The TMT Albuquerque team moved the RCCCNM offices free of charge after the organization approached the franchise for a bid.
KC Quirk, executive director, wrote:
"Not only did TWO MEN AND A TRUCK move our entire organization but they supplied the boxes, came early and moved IT equipment and on a separate day helped us move already existing furniture in the new facility.
... It is difficult to express the depth of gratitude and humilty I feel for having been given this huge gift! We at the Rape Crisis Center are accustomed to scraping by; often being left to our own devices to make things happen, but in this case ... our burden was so greatly reduced by the thoughtful, committed response we recieved from Eric (Misic) and Company."

Working with charities across the country ...
Sylvania Area Family Services wrote to the Toledo, Ohio, location to thank the franchise for donating money toward school supplies. SAFS assists individuals and families to meet their essential daily needs and help them work toward a more productive future.
The Louisville/W, Ky., location received a thank-you letter from the Fern Creek Community Association and Chamber of Commerce. The franchise supported the Business Expo & Job Fair and it “was a huge success.”
Catholic Charities wrote to the Louisville/W, Ky., franchise to thank it for the “good work and many hours” given to the organization so far in 2009. It plans to honor volunteers at a special appreciation celebration in 2010.
The Bay Area Women’s Center sent a letter to the Bay City/Midland/Saginaw, Mich., franchise to thank it for donating services. A team of three movers helped complete the final stage of transferring the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner program to their building.
The Omaha, Neb., franchise received a thank-you letter from the Partnership for Our Kids organization for its assistance with their bike delivery.

Norwalk, Conn.
Our Home Office Quality Control Team received this great e-mail from a Connecticut customer ...
I usually don't write reviews but I really have no choice.
I believe that good service has a right to be highlighted.
My daughter had Two Men and a Truck move her belongings from Norwalk CT to downtown Manhattan on Monday, November 30.
George, Maurice, and Chris were our movers.
These gentlemen were superb in every way.
They were courteous and totally customer orientated.
They moved my daughter's furniture quickly and without a blemish on the furniture nor in either apartment space.
Even in New York City they were impressive. They treated all of the apartment management team and any tenants in a courteous and professional fashion.
There were no flaws in any of their activities.
I will definitely recommend them and Two Men and A Truck to anyone needing excellent and efficient movers.
Thanxs for a great experience.
Tony

Dear Mr. Sorber,
I just hired your company to move a large desk and credenza through your Lansdale, Montgomery Couny office. Sarah Clark was very polite and helpful over the phone and the three young men who came out were fabulous. It was a very big desk that had to be fit into a small door and they managed it quite well! They were very polite and helpful and I really appreciate the great service for such a small job. I am in the art and antiques business and would definitely use your company again.
Thank you,
Robyn

Just a quick note to tell you my move could not have been any better unless they actually unpacked and put everything away!!
Curtis had remembered me from a previous move three years ago as well as my boyfriend who he moved probably five years ago! Both men were very courteous and hard working. I always recommend your company. Money well spent.
Thank you,
Christa

Springfield, MO
The Springfield, Mo., franchise recently helped deliver 4,000 brand new coats to The Victory Mission. The coats were donated by a local business and the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® location volunteered its services to deliver them to the mission's warehouse.
The director of the mission then treated the team to lunch at their trade school cafe, The Cook's Kettle – a program that helps enrollees achieve their certification to go into the culinary arts!
"It was a great experience and we hope to assist them more in the future," said Grant Hornbuckle, general manager.
