The Home Office Quality Control team got a call Thursday, Feb. 4, from a customer who said her move was "wonderful."

She explained she and her husband had moved in January. They'd used other moving companies in the the past but a friend recommended using TMT. The friend had used the company several times and had great tings to say.

She said she was happy she took the advice of her friend.

"The movers were quick, efficient and very nice."  She said she couldn't have been more pleased and looked forward to using us again in three to six months.

Judith Bumgardner, executive director of the Habitat for Humanity of Sarpy County, recently sent a thank-you note to the Omaha office of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK for donating a four hour move, valued at nearly $400.

With TMT's donation -- and the help of other local charities -- Habitat iw working toward making home ownership possible for people in Sarpy County.

To whom it may concern - At this time I do not have an internet connection at my new home and am unable to access the survey from work due to secure network issues. Please know that Aaron Marino and Anthony (last name unknown) were my movers on Saturday 30 January @ 11:00 a.m. They were pleasant, professional, efficient and on time. My move was prompted by a very unpleasant personal situation and Aaron and Anthony were compassionate and understanding and completed my move carefully and quickly. If I were able to access the survey I would give them the highest marks in all categories.

I believe this is now the fifth move, that either I, or members of my family, have used your service. This particular move involved picking up items at my daughter's second home in Jacksonville, Florida and taking those items to her new home in Valdosta, Georgia. One of the items is a 30 year old piano, that has been moved by Two Men and a Truck three times. My daughter was playing this piano when she was four and she continues to play today 28 years later. I can't tell you how much we treasure this piano. After delivering the items to Valdosta, Dwayne and Mike drove over to my daughter's condo in Valdosta to retrieve the furniture, they had previously moved from Jacksonville to Valdosta, about a year ago. Then of course they delivered those items to her new home in Valdosta.

Betty (McQuarry, franchise), you are to be commended for the excellent job of setting up the move, then corresponding with me before, during, and after all was completed. Dwayne and Mike, what can I say but once again you have shown that going that extra mile is so important in keeping the customer satisfied. Your respect and consideration for me and my daughter, as well as the special care you took in handling everything being moved, was greatly appreciated once again. If I, or any member of my family should require a moving service in the future, you will receive the call. I have also posted the top copy of my contract, which shows your contact information for Two Men and a Truck, on our company bulletin board.
