The Dallas/Northeast location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking the franchise for a move well done.
Francey,
I just received your card and thank you letter in the mail for using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. I would like to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for the crew that helped me move from Longview to Dallas. Those two men made what could have been a long stressful day into a productive and fun day. Great attitudes and great work ethic. I will continue using TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® because of how those two guys (and your company’s equipment and supplies) lived up to what I’d heard about yall being the best. Please pass my gratitude along to those two guys and their supervisors.
Again, thank you, I will be a repeat customer in the future!

Evansville, Ind.
The Evansville franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was recently a part of two charity golf events. One for the Better Business Bureau and one for the University of Southern Indiana. The franchise sponsored a golf hole at each event and both organizations were so greatful that they sent a thank you letter.
Dear Mr. Raibley,
Thank you so much for your recent sponsorship. Due in part to your generosity, The Better Business Bureau's 1st annual BBB Integrity Golf Classic was a success. In addition to supporting our Students of Integrity Scholarships and Educational Foundation, we had a great day of golf, food and fun.
The photos from our inaugural event show just how much of a success the event was and we are planning on an even bigger and better event for 2011. We hope that you will join us again for the 2nd anual BBB Integrity Classic.
Again, we thank you for your contribution to the Tri-State BBB. Your support is making a difference in the community in which we live.
Sincerely,
Tim
Dear David,
Thank you for your past hole sponsor support of the University of Southern Indiana Alumni golf Scramble. All proceeds from the event are going to the USI Alumni Association Scholarships.
We are having another golf event Friday September, 17, 2010 and all proceeds will once again go to the USI Alumni Association Scholarships. We hope to see you there.
Again thank you for supporting the Alumni Golf Scramble and USI Alumni Association Scholarships!
Sincerely yours,
Nancy

Waukesha, Wis.
The Waukesha location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking the franchise for a job well done.
I have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® several times to move and always had good service. On March 12, I used your services again and in all my moves I have never had a team that worked so exceptionally. The two gentlemen that did my move were extremely conscientious to ensure my furniture was well taken care of and yet they managed to complete the job well under my expected timeline. In the past my moves with your group would have taken a full day and these two gentlemen finished in a half day. In addition, they demonstrated positive attitudes and were a joy to have in my home. I can’t say enough positive things about Manuel and John. They are a true testament to what quality employees are and represent your organization fabulously.
I felt it necessary to pass on my positive experience and to let you know what a wonderful job these two men did. There great customer service has renewed a mediocre response from past experience with your company to outstanding and exceptional service.
Thank you for assigning these gentlemen to my move they made it worry free and an enjoyable experience.

Norhtern Kentucky
At the heart of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® there resides several Core Values. One of those values is giving back to the community. The Northern Kentucky location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® did just that when they volunteered their time to help members of their community.
Four employees at the Northern Kentucky franchise volunteered to participate in the TRASH for CASH community service project with the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors to help a local fallen soldier’s family in their time of need. The Northern Kentucky franchise employees were assigned orange vests, trash pokers and a pair of gloves per person.
Together with 20 other volunteers the movers cleaned 5 miles of northern Kentucky roadway and received $500 to donate to the family in need.
Northern Kentucky exemplifies what it means to be a member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family, and we commend them for their charitable donation.

Charleston, S.C.
The Charleston franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this reply card from a customer who, due to limited Internet access, could not reach the franchise's online survey but still wanted the location to know how happy she was with the move.
I could not access your survey - on limited service for the time being. But I do want to compliment your company for the service that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® provided me on Jan. 4 in Charleston, S.C. I contracted for service to move furniture to our truck. They arrived on time, couldn't have been more efficient and helpful and were such nice young men to have around. From the lady who answered my questions, took the order, confirmed and the men who did the job, it was tops. The communications companies should take lessons from you. Thank you for some of the best experiences I have had.

Little Rock, Ark.
The Little Rock location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking the franchise for a great move.
I would love to write a testimonial on TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®! This last week, Brooke, my daughter, moved from Fayetteville, Arkansas, back to Little Rock after ten years. I normally would have to go up and help her move, but when she told me that she had contracted with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I felt such a relief. The packers were very professional and helpful. The boxes were more than adequate and nothing was broken, upon arrival.
I commend you for running such a great operation and will certainly use you again and will tell others.
God Bless the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®!

Florida
The Pinellas, Fla. franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a phone call from a customer whose move went off without a hitch. The caller had this to say:
I've never had a move go so well. The team was great! They were professional and polite. The last names of the movers were Meyers, Wright and Brown and they were fantastic.
Thanks,
Sammie
The Jacksonville, Fla. franchise also recently received a Reply Card from a customer who thank the location for a job well done.
To whom it may concern:
Mell and Melvin are the best movers we have ever had - and we've moved dozens of times in the past 40 years. Our most recent move promised to be the toughest of all. We were relocating my parents from one assisted living facility to another. because of dad's dementia, we couldn't begin packing until the day of the move; because mom had a last-minute doctor's appointment, Mell and Melvin ended up doing all the packing while dad, his nurse, the dog and I talked about "the big yellow house" and the new "bedrooms" dad and mom were moving to. By the time my husband arrived with mom, Mell and Melvin had packed and moved nearly everything to the truck.
When dad asked, "Will they move me next?" We said, "Yes" and Mell and Melvin stopped their packing and loading to make the first of two trips to mom and dad's new home. They moved dad's things into a memory care room and the other things into mom's assisted living room in the same building. Then they drove back to finish the packing and loading at the first location. Getting the job done required two trips between the two facilities, and in spite of the challenges of: (1) broken elevators at the first facility during most of the day, which meant walking about a mile out of the way to get furniture to the truck; (2) having to interrupt packing to make a trip to offload dad's things and then returning to pack and load more; and (3) mom and dad's fluffy, friendly, but barky little white dog giving us orders most of the day, Mell and Melvin never showed any frustration. They remained calm, careful, considerate, and compassionate, hour after hour, completing a move that lasted nearly twice as long as we had estimated.
The split move - one location in the first facility (elevators there) to two in the second facility (both on the first floor; one in a lockdown unit) - was hard enough, but at the end of it, we still had excess furniture and boxes, so we asked Mell and Melvin to move them into a newly contracted storage unit at a third location. No problem for these two supermen who remained sincerely committed to getting the job done; both worked flat out, with no breaks. It was getting dark by the time they finished at the storage facility. Mell and Melvin handled my parents' precious possessions with care and respect. That meant so much to us. Everything arrived in perfect condition. What my husband and I expected to be a very difficult day for our family, both physically and emotionally, was instead a very happy one. We will always remember Mell and Melvin for their kindness. You are fortunate to have such men to represent your company. I have already told the managers of the storage facility and the new assisted living facility about our excellent experience; and I have mentioned your company and Mell and Melvin by name. If anyone ever asks for a referral, you know which company and which men will get the highest praise and best recommendations from us.
Sincere thanks,
Sharon

Jackson, Mich.
Kudos to the Jackson, Mich., franchise on great feedback from a recent customer:
On Tuesday, August 3, 2010, we had the privelege as a family to have a move accomplished by two of your employees, Chance and John.
Please allow me a moment to share with you the extreme amount of satisfaction we had in working with these two men. Their professionalism, courteous and proficient manner were greatly appreciated from the beginning to end of our time with them.
It did not stop in their contact with us; they were applauded by the care facility staff that they moved our father into on that day. I was taken aside by the director and told that they were two of the nicest movers they had seen there.
Thank you for such a positive experience with your company.
Sincerely,
Debbie

Ann Arbor, Mich.
Congratulations Ann Arbor team!
All:
Chris and Brian did an absolutely exemplary job on my move, 7/16/2010. You missed an opportunity to videotape the event and show it to your new hires as a training video. They were scheduled to arrive between 12 and 2PM, and Chris called me at 1230 to ask my permission to eat before they came. That’s how the professionals do it. Of course I said they could.
They arrived about an hour later, and these guys had limitless energy- even though I was their second move of the day, they were running up the stairs. RUNNING! I thought at first they were just catching their second wind or showing off, but they kept doing it. I was also taking a few boxes out of my apartment at the time, and they never gave the least hint that they thought I was a nuisance. They never made a single negative comment, they answered every question like experts, explained the bill clearly, described how they were going to care for my leather furniture and my flat screen, and then did exactly what they said. Two Men kept every promise they made, and exceeded my expectations.
It’s been 3 weeks and I’m still almost gushing about it.
David

Polk County, Fla.
The Polk County franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received this e-mail from a customer who had fallen on hard times and thanked her movers for a move well done.
I moved from New York to Lakeland, Fla. Things haven't been great due to the economy and I lost my home. I didn't know who could move me -- through word of mouth I found TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in Lakeland. I thought: I will try them. They are very responsible and fast and respectful, even their appearance is good as they come to the home. I am very picky with that because you never know who you will get!!!! I just took this time to thank you for this company and hope that it continues its professional courtesy and caring for customers’ items when transporting personal items since its all I have for now. Thank you. I have used you for the past four years and I look forward for more, thank you.
