Scottsdale, Ariz.

The Scottsdale franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a letter from the Southwest Division of The Salvation Army thanking the location for donating their services to move the Division's residential clients.

Dear Jim,

We at The Salvation Army would like to express our sincere gratitude for the services TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® provided for us over the last few months in handling moves of residential clients from our Divisional Headquarters campus. During this time, you and your employees have gone above and beyond our expectations to make this transition phase go as smoothly as possible for us and our residents, many of whom were seniors with special needs and concerns.

Your employees exhibited professionalism at all times, even when the conditions were not ideal. We're certain that no other mover would have matched your flexibility as our needs were constantly changing.

Thank you again for all you did for us. Your sense of community spirit is evidenced in your support of The Salvation Army.

Sincerely,
President Rider

Waukesha, Wis.

The Waukesha location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking the franchise for a job well done.

I have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® several times to move and always had good service. On March 12, I used your services again and in all my moves I have never had a team that worked so exceptionally. The two gentlemen that did my move were extremely conscientious to ensure my furniture was well taken care of and yet they managed to complete the job well under my expected timeline. In the past my moves with your group would have taken a full day and these two gentlemen finished in a half day. In addition, they demonstrated positive attitudes and were a joy to have in my home. I can’t say enough positive things about Manuel and John. They are a true testament to what quality employees are and represent your organization fabulously.

I felt it necessary to pass on my positive experience and to let you know what a wonderful job these two men did. There great customer service has renewed a mediocre response from past experience with your company to outstanding and exceptional service.

Thank you for assigning these gentlemen to my move they made it worry free and an enjoyable experience.

The DuPage, Will, Kendall location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®  in Plainfield, IL has recently received some spectacular customer feedback. Here are some more great customer comments from recent reply cards.

The day our movers came to unload our truck, the heat index was 112*F. The men were simply AMAZING!!! TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® made our move possible - with a weekday move on very short notice in such tremendous heat, we couldn't have done it without your help! The men put each box in the designated rooms and did it with care! Both were courteous and friendly! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! Next year our plan is to move to a house here in town and we have every intention of hiring TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® again.

-Brian J.

I really appreciate the professional manner in which the men each and every time have handled my moves. They take great care in my instructions and whether they are packing and loading, or unpacking the result has always been good. Keep up the great work! Thanks again!!

Norhtern Kentucky

At the heart of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® there resides several Core Values. One of those values is  giving back to the community. The Northern Kentucky location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® did just that when they volunteered their time to help members of their community.

Four employees at the Northern Kentucky franchise volunteered to participate in the TRASH for CASH community service project with the Northern Kentucky Association of Realtors to help a local fallen soldier’s family in their time of need. The Northern Kentucky franchise employees were assigned orange vests,  trash pokers and a pair of gloves per person.

Together with 20 other volunteers the movers cleaned 5 miles of northern Kentucky roadway and received $500 to donate to the family in need.

Northern Kentucky exemplifies what it means to be a member of the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® family, and we commend them for their charitable donation.

Charleston, S.C.

The Charleston franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this reply card from a customer who, due to limited Internet access, could not reach the franchise's online survey but still wanted the location to know how happy she was with the move.

I could not access your survey - on limited service for the time being. But I do want to compliment your company for the service that TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® provided me on Jan. 4 in Charleston, S.C. I contracted for service to move furniture to our truck. They arrived on time, couldn't have been more efficient and helpful and were such nice young men to have around. From the lady who answered my questions, took the order, confirmed and the men who did the job, it was tops. The communications companies should take lessons from you. Thank you for some of the best experiences I have had.

Little Rock, Ark.

The Little Rock location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking the franchise for a great move.

I would love to write a testimonial on TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®! This last week, Brooke, my daughter, moved from Fayetteville, Arkansas, back to Little Rock after ten years. I normally would have to go up and help her move, but when she told me that she had contracted with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, I felt such a relief. The packers were very professional and helpful. The boxes were more than adequate and nothing was broken, upon arrival.

I commend you for running such a great operation and will certainly use you again and will tell others.

God Bless the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®!
Margaret
