Las Vegas North, Nev.

The Las Vegas North location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® got a great review that started from the very first introduction.

We used Two Men and a Truck as loaders for our move and I was very satisfied. From the very start Kristen, in the office, set the right tone. She was helpful and even had a few suggestions to make things easier. We looked at three moving companies and the price was very comparable. It was Kristen's great attitude that made the decision for us. The movers were quick and packed the truck much better than we could have. We were concerned it would not all fit and they made it work with room to spare. We arrived at our destination with everything in great shape. It took us 9 hours to unpack what it took them 4.5 hours to pack. They arrived on time. They informed me when it looked like it would take a little longer. They were patient with the things that were not ready. All in all a wonderful experience and I am really glad we chose two men and a truck Vegas for our move.

Austin South, Texas

The Austin South location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a great review for a recent move they did.

Jarrett, Israel and Kenneth of Two Men and a Truck moved my family and I cannot imagine them doing a better job.  They wrapped my furniture, placed padding on my door frame, respected my hardwood floors, packed the truck in order of what rooms were to be unloaded first and last.  They were also friendly in spite my requests to carry large, unwieldy flower pots and my huge work bench.  Highly recommended.

I just wanted to say that I'm so appreciative of all that Paul Brown, in Elmhurst, IL, has done to help me out. Unfortunately, I had some problems with my move, and he has gone way above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. Im sure he has a full plate of his own, but the time he took to work with me is much appreciated. Thanks so much to Paul!

Kansas City, Kan.

The Kansas City, Kan. location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was mentioned in an e-mail from the Children's Mercy Hospital for their donated services during The Art of Giving program.

At the Kiewit Holiday Party, we will be collecting gifts for Children’s Mercy Hospital - The Art of Giving program. Please bring an unwrapped, new toy in its original packaging to the Holiday Party. Stuffed animals should have their original tags. Attached you’ll find a list of current needs this holiday season. Donation boxes will be available on either side of the Exhibit Hall entrance. Two Men and a Truck have donated their services to pick up the toys and deliver them to Children’s Mercy Hospital.

Your donation will ensure each child in the hospital on Christmas day receives a gift delivered by Santa. Any extra gifts will be kept and used to fill treasure boxes, reward patients after the completion of a special procedure, to help celebrate birthdays, or to supply activity areas. Here is some more information about how your gifts will be used.

Fill the treasure boxes of Children’s Mercy
When children come to a clinic appointment, urgent care, or the emergency room, they are often hurting, stressed, and scared. Our treasure boxes are one way we can tell children that we know what they are going through isn’t easy. Treasure box items include Hot Wheels cars, small stuffed animals, and other small toys/trinkets.

Give patients positive coping tools
When undergoing medical procedures, children can help themselves relax and cope positively by blowing bubbles or pinwheels, looking at picture books, listening to a calming music CD, or playing with sound and light toys. We strive to make these items available to any patient in need, which means we need many coping tools!

Let patients express and create
Patients of appropriate ages are offered a daily art activity or game. Crayons, coloring books, markers, glue, construction paper, paint, and stickers are just some of the supplies patients use every day at Children’s Mercy. We provide as many art supplies as possible so patients can express themselves, strengthen their fine motor skills, and just be “kids”.

Your gifts go a long way toward brightening a child’s hospital stay.

Thank you for your continued generosity!

Scottsdale, Ariz.

The Scottsdale location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a thank you letter from Scottsdale Healthcare Foundation for their support of the Playing for T.I.M.E. event.

Dear Dave:

The 16th anniversary of Playing for T.I.M.E. has almost concluded and it is a wonderful success. The final tabulations are nearly complete and we are happy to announce net proceeds of over $100,000. This helps us complete our five-year, $500,000 pledge to the Debi Bisgrove Caner Care Coordinator Endowment...an achievement that would not be possible without the generous support of friends like you!

Thank you so much for your continued, in-kind support and making this portion of our Playing for T.I.M.E. extravaganza so successful!

The Debi Bisgrove Cancer Center Coordinator Endowment supports oncology-trained nurses who serve as a single point of contact to help patients navigate the complex and often frightening diagnosis of cancer. The Cancer Care Coordinator also serves as an advocate for patients by communicating directly with the patient's physician to ensure they receive necessary care, and that tests and services are provided in a timely, cost-effective manner.

Again, we sincerely appreciate your continued support of Playing for T.I.M.E. and Scottsdale Healthcare. Together we give so we have "Time to Share."

Warm Regards,

Louisville Central, Ky.

The Louisville Central location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a thank you from a pleased customer who had a large move that required two trucks and six men.

Tammie,

I can't tell you how pleased we were with your team!! You and Roberta were a pleasure to work with and your suggestions of the number of guys and trucks, all the logistics were spot on. The guys had a great can-do attitude, hustled all day (and there were a LOT of steps) and really respected our property. I can't remember the last time a company exceeded my expectations, but Two Men & a Truck certainly did.

Dear Mr. Raibley:

On behalf of the Posey County Historical Society, I want to express our appreciation for your consideration of the Society when your company recently moved our collection of historical artifacts. As a not-for-profit organization, our funds are limited, so it was such wonderful encouragement when you not only gave us a special rate, but also waived the overage of the estimate.

For such a long time, our Directors have explored all possibilities in attempting to have our books, documents and photographs in a safe and protected environment. Your assistance in the recent move helped us realize that goal.

Thank you again for the kindness extended to the Posey County Historical Society.

A generous donation

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® home office received a thank you e-mail from Aaron Villaverde, a Marine serving a six-month tour in Afghanistan, for their thoughtful care packages.

Just wanted to thank the company. I recently received 13 generous care packages out here in Kabul, Afghanistan where I'm a Marine serving a six-month tour. The office that sent the care packages deserves the utmost gratitude and all the personnel I work with from 14 countries and all four branches of the U.S. Military are grateful for the time, money and efforts that your employees put into sending the packages. I don't have all the names but William Redd, Adam Golchuk and Brad Burban are the names I received on the business cards and I wish I had all the names of the employees so I could personally thank them for what they did. Their selfless act of kindness is appreciated more than we can show out here and makes our efforts out here worth it. Thanks again and please pass this message on to their bosses.

Athens, Ga.

The Athens franchise of  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a great review for a recent business move.

We hired Two Men and a Truck to move our office. I discussed with the lady over the phone how much stuff we had; she was very nice and helpful. When the two movers showed up they were very helpful and broke down the invoice for us. They then realized it would be better if they had the help of two more guys (some of our office furniture is rather large and heavy). Within minutes, two more guys showed up to help with the move. Overall they were friendly and helpful, and I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Evansville, Ind.

The Evansville franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a thank you letter from the Evansville District Council Society of St. Vincent de Paul for their donation to the third annual Friends of the Poor Walk.

Dear Dave, Desiree and Friends at Two Men and a Truck:

Thank you so much for your wonderfully generous donation of $250.00 to our Third Annual "Friends of the Poor" Walk which we are holding October 2, 2010. That donation is a tremendous help in putting on our walk- and that walk is extremely helpful in the overall operation of the St. Vincent Food Pantry, Thrift Store and in the work of our 26 parish-based conferences.

Right now the demand at our food pantry remains at its highest ever, as we continue to serve over 1,200 families each month. Our thrift store continues to serve the need of people in inner-city Evansville with basic clothing, furniture and appliances at our highest level ever. With the current economic climate, our 26 conferences continue to receive large numbers of calls from those who face utility shut-offs, evictions and who are unable to obtain basic medications.

There are a large number of Evansville parish members volunteering to be a part of the St. Vincent effort. This keeps our overhead low, and your donation makes it possible for these volunteers to bring a good deal of tangible help to those who really need it.

Thank you again for your generous help!

Athens, Ga.

The Athens franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a great review for their hard work during a move.

Two Men and a Truck were great. The "2 Men" were very friendly and professional. They took extremely good care of our furniture as it was raining-wrapping in blankets and plastic. Plus, they put in door guards.

They put the furniture right where it needed to be and put it together. They even offered some advice when I asked how best to arrange a difficult room.

I hate moving, but knowing I can call Two Men and a Truck makes it great.

Scottsdale, Ariz.

The Scottsdale franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a thank you letter from Chrysalis, an organization servicing the needs of children, women and men who are trying to break the cycle of violence and abuse, for their donation of services.

To Whom It May Concern,

Thank you for recently donating your transportation services to transport items donated by Maricopa County Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division. Simply put, if it wasn't for supporters like you, we wouldn't exist!

During this time of the year, many reflect on the blessings in their lives, and the importance of family. Chrysalis is exceptionally grateful this year that our new shelter is opening soon, and for the first time our families will celebrate the season in the new facility. Unfortunately for these families, many have fled from violent and potentially lethal relationships. Not only are they facing the unknown, they are facing the challenge of embracing the season regardless of their circumstances, especially for their children. These children, although they have witnessed or been abused themselves, are like any other child who views the holiday season with wonderment and delight!

Martin Luther said that if you want to change the world you should pick up your pen. Thank you for helping change the world this holiday season for those in our very own backyards who are victims of domestic abuse.

With gratitude, I join the board of directors, staff, volunteers and most importantly the victims we serve in thanking you for your commitment to Chrysalis and for helping break the cycle of abuse!

Sincerely,

Patricia Klahr

Sacramento, Calif.

The Sacramento franchise of  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recieved a thank you letter for the easy and stress-free move they provided a few weeks ago.

To Whom It May Concern:

The couple of weeks since my move have been busy with work and travel, so I apologize for not writing this sooner. I did, however, fill out the survey you sent about a week ago, and I gave your company the highest ratings in every category. I moved from Midtown Sacramento to Campus Commons on Friday, October 29.

From my first phone conversation through the completion of my move, I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of your staff and the moving crew. I spoke with Sarah and Heather to set things up, and they were both very polite and thorough with their follow-through on the front end of things.

The day of the move was a bit crazy for me. As it turned out, I had to ask a friend to supervise the first half of the move because of work obligations. I was about to get in my car that morning to head to work when the moving crew of Ryan, Kyle, and Juan showed up, so I went over to say a quick "hello" before heading to work. The first words out of Ryan's mouth were an introduction of himself, Kyle, and Juan and then he said, "Don't worry about a thing today. We are professionals, and we will take great care of your things." Those words put me immediately at ease.

My friend told me that the guys were great during that first part of the move. When I met them at my new place in the afternoon for the second part of the move, I quickly agreed that they were a great crew. Ryan, Kyle, and Juan took amazing care with my things--from boxes to furniture--and they were polite and friendly all the while. They wanted to make sure that everything was put in the proper room and took care in putting together things like beds and tables.

I have moved more than a handful of times over the years, and moving day is usually one that can be pretty stressful. The friendly, courteous, and professional approach that Ryan, Kyle, and Juan had all day long (and it was a long day!) genuinely put me at ease.

I will highly recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone I know who is moving, and I will absolutely call your company again if a local move is in my future.

Thank you all for your part in making my moving day an easy one!

Sincerely,
Brianna Latko

The Jacksonville franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a great review that mentioned how professional and careful they were during a recent move.

These guys are the real deal! Two Men and a Truck are AWESOME! They arrived on time and when Kendall and Mike stepped out of the truck and introduced themselves, they went straight to work, and fast. Two Men and a Truck went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys, you're the best!

Pinellas, Fla.

The Pinellas franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received an excellent review from a customer who thought they were courteous and professional during a move.

Greetings! Dave Dragon here; just dropping a line to comment on the excellent service we received from Two Men and a Truck, and specifically Kevin and Daniel. Both of these gentlemen were courteous and contentious in their demeanor and work. They arrived on-site early in the projected window and jumped right in to loading the truck with our daughter's possessions, taking care to handle them without causing damage to the objects or to themselves while in the process. They knocked out the load and unload faster than their initial estimate, even with dealing with the stairs of the move-to location. Also, I'd like to comment on Jenny who scheduled the move for me, with less than a weeks notice. She was very courteous and helpful with a positive, professional and friendly telephone presence that made the calls a joy. These three people made the entire experience a more positive and productive endeavor, and that's the definition of Excellent Customer Service!

DuPage/Will/Kendall, Ill.

The DuPage/Will/Kendall franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received an excellent review for their hard work and fast-paced work ethic during a move.

"We've now used the service on 3 different occasions recently. In all 3 cases, and with 3 different crews, the service has been excellent. The office staff and movers have been really easy to work with and I am amazed at the speed and intensity of the movers - they push very hard and given that 2 of the moves involved were load/unload, which are charged by the hour, it was surprising how quickly the guys worked. Its great to see this kind of effort and service.

One other thing to mention is that we were initially buying boxes locally and then became aware that you sold them. The cost was lower, the quality of the box was equal or better than what we had been purchasing, and you delivered them free of charge - another excellent option.

We have our big interstate move schedule for later today and feel very confident this will go well given our experience to date. We will definitely be looking to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK to help us with all our moving needs going forward."

Dallas Central, Texas

The Dallas Central location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a thank you from a happy customer who had a great experience with the company.

Barb,

I wanted to send a quick email, hopefully you can circulate as appropriate within Two Men and a Truck.

I moved on Friday, and used the local Two Men and a Truck franchise in Carrollton, TX. The two young men who assisted with the move were Jamison and Gary. I have to say, never in my life have my expectations been exceeded by the amount they were exceeded with the move.

The whole experience with just amazing. In addition to maintaining a high sense of urgency the entire time (running back to the truck after every heavy load), the customer service skills were phenomenal. Thanks again to the entire organization, and especially Jamison and Gary for helping us with an incredibly easy and worry free move!

Great small business move! I hired this company to do a small business move and could not have been happier. They checked in with me prior to the move by calling my cell number as requested, they showed up on time and were actually done faster than anticipated, saving me money in the process. The two young guys were very friendly and professional and I would certainly hire this company again for ANY move. Bravo!

Louisville Central, Ky.

The Louisville Central franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a thank you for their hard work and professionalism during a move.

Your movers, Anthony and Kenny, moved my daughter on Saturday 10/2/10. They were wonderful. Very professional, timely, polite, and extremely helpful to a single woman moving out of an apartment with an ex- boyfriend. I can't thank your company enough. There was a heavy volume of traffic due to some entertainment events on the weekend and they even deducted several minutes from the total to reflect this. We will always use your company in the future and will recommend you to anyone who needs moving assistance.

Bay City/Midland/Saginaw, Mich.

The Bay City/Midland/Saginaw, Mich. franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a thank you for the impressive service they provided.

I have moved several times, and I am a real estate agent so I have a lot of experience with moving!

The thing that impressed me the most about Justin and Tony is how quickly they worked. There was no standing around, thinking, deciding what to do first and how to do it. They just got to it and got it done.

Also, they were very professional. If I wanted them to do something that could possibly damage my belongings they would explain why it couldn't be done and offer an alternative that would get the item moved and keep it in good condition.

So often we hear people say that the country is going to hell in a hand basket because today's young people are lazy and irresponsible. I think Justin and Tony are perfect examples that that is not the case.

If Justin and Tony should be in line for a raise, I sincerely hope they receive it. I will happily recommend them and Two Men and a Truck to anyone who is looking for movers.

Thanks again.

Fort Myers/Naples, Fla.

The Fort Myers/Naples franchise of  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently recieved a thank you letter from a satisfied customer, thanking them for their hard work and efficiency.

Dear Ray,

I wanted to take a minute and contact you concerning our move this past Saturday. It seems that when people have a bad experience they are right there, making the calls and sending the letters. Not the case when they have a good one.

I wanted to make sure I took the time to let you know how happy we were with our movers! Jose and Ken were two of the nicest, hard-working, non-complaning, fast-moving, caring young men that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

They came in and accessed the work and got right to the task. In no time, they had everything prepared with care and in the truck, ready to go. When we got to the new home, they came in, looked it over and discussed with us where we wanted things to go. In very little time and a whole lot of effort (most of the heavy furniture went to the second floor) they had everything out of the truck and in the new home.

Jose and Ken are a great team. I was very impressed on how well they communicated and just how professional they were. I feel like they moved my mother's belongings like they were their own.

I give Jose and Ken two thumbs up and feel very blessed and thank God they were "The Two Men and a Truck" that I was blessed with for our move.

Jose and Ken, again, thank you for a job well done!

Sincerely,
Linda Conger

P.S. I will be telling anyone that needs to move to call you!

The Kansas City, Mo. franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently recieved a thank you e-mail from a customer who wrote he is 100 percent satisfied with the company. He plans to recommend the company to anyone interested in moving.

A Florida man also wrote a thank you letter for a job well done.

The three men who arrived (one trainee) were punctual. The standard of excellence delivered by all three men was the best I have seen since moving to the state of Florida. Professional, caring, communications were excellent, and I was very impressed that the original quote was beaten considerably because of the non-stop efforts of all three men. The trainee was very good and would make a great asset to your company.

Thank you for restoring my faith in honest hardworking business’s in Florida.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®

September 10, 2010

Dear Moe,

Thank you so much for all of the incredibly generous contributions that Two Men and a Truck has made to World Care during the last few months. We are inexpressibly grateful for the ways in which Two Men and a Truck has supported the relief efforts in Haiti and Tools for Schools by ultilizing your location as a supply drop-off zone and providing free donation pick-ups.

We are very excited about the results of Tools for Schools 2010, much of which could not have been accomplished without your support. We are pleased to announce that 3,771 pounds of supplies were donated to schools, teachers and students across Southern Arizona. With your help, World Care was able to provide over 5,000 students with materials they need to be succesful in the classroom.

As you know, our work in Haiti and other international areas is ongoing. Your support of our Emergency Disaster Relief program after the earthquake in Haiti was invaluable, and makes it possible for World Care to continue sending resources to those in need, long after most organizations have left Haiti.

Thank you again. Two Men and a Truck truly makes a difference in the lives of the people we serve, and we look forward to a continued partnership.

A World of Thanks!

Please pass my thanks on to these men to let them know how much I appreciate all they did for me. I am sending two copies of this letter so you can put one in each of their employment files.
