The team you sent to do my move, headed by James, was excellent, always displaying the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They were very respectful and helpful and truly went above and beyond in my opinion. They even helped me get my Christmas decorations down from my old attic and then put them up for me in my new one. As a single Mom, I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. They worked hard and never stopped. They were all very polite and respectful to my mother and me, who was there to assist in the move, always responding to her with "yes ma'am". I was truly impressed from beginning to end with their sense of customer service and professionalism. James and his team deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work. In this day and age it seems hard to find a company that is truly concerned for their customer's satisfaction with their services. These three young men represent your company well, and I will never move again without you! Next time, I will even let you pack!! :) It was worth every penny!

When the day and time of the move arrived, not only did Mr. David Malseed & his wonderful wife, Mrs. Laurie Malseed keep their promise and have their pro moving staffers show up on time, they arrived early, in fact, and were exceptionally respectful and polite to the parents and to the children, both, & carefully wrapped and handled the fragile items properly, asking how the Mother wanted things done , and even stayed LATE that afternoon to insure that the entire move did get completed, as they had promised..!!!! We were extremely pleased with the three men that handled our packing and loading. They were on time and worked until late afternoon. The two trucks took our belongings to storage until we have a location for delivery. They worked well, hardly took time to eat and did not eat any snacks I provided (too bad for me because they were left for us!) I would highly recommend Hector, Rafael, and Ricky. In my opinion they are the best. Thank you for expecting the best from your workers. It certainly make things easier for those of us on the stressful experience of moving from your home of 15 years.

Franchisee Mara Crofoot of the Northern Michigan location of  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a "Star Award" at the Toys for Tots thank you dinner. She also received the Commander's Award from the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve. The Northwest Michigan Toys for Tots campaign annually recognizes both a person who helps the campaign by serving on the Toys for Tots Committee and someone from the community that is active during the campaign. Crofoot and her employees were responsible for moving hundreds of thousands of toys from donation drop off sites, to the centralized location where they toys were sorted, counted and distributed. Two Men and a Truck has helped with toy pick-ups for the past four years. Crofoot is also a member of the Toys for Tots organizing committee.
