I have been meaning to write your company to express my deep satisfaction with the entire experience with your company during my move from Newberry to Gainesville, Fla., on February 11, 2011. The team you sent to do my move, headed by James, was excellent, always displaying the utmost courtesy and professionalism. They were very respectful and helpful and truly went above and beyond in my opinion. They even helped me get my Christmas decorations down from my old attic and then put them up for me in my new one. As a single Mom, I cannot tell you how much that meant to me. They worked hard and never stopped. They were all very polite and respectful to my mother and me, who was there to assist in the move, always responding to her with "yes ma'am". I was truly impressed from beginning to end with their sense of customer service and professionalism. James and his team deserve to be acknowledged for their hard work. In this day and age it seems hard to find a company that is truly concerned for their customer's satisfaction with their services. These three young men represent your company well, and I will never move again without you! Next time, I will even let you pack!! :) It was worth every penny!
