Mesa, Ariz.

Check out this compliment the Mesa location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received from a customer.

This was the 1st time I used this company after making a purchase at Costco and not having a way to get the heavy item to my home. I must say that I was extremely pleased with the service and the professionalism by the 2 employees (Adam & Taylor). When I got to Costco to make the pickup the guys were already there expecting me and got out of their trucks and shooked hands with me. They asked me if it was ok to walk in my house with their shoes on and were very courteous and got the item set in place in no time. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of movers!

North Fulton, Ga.

The North Fulton location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a rave review from a happy customer.

had the guys move some furniture from my Mother-in-law's house over to ours, and they were, as usual, on time, prepared, and efficient. This time, however, it was a truly great experience as 'my team', recognized that "Mom" is 80, and treated her like their own! That says so much about the character of these guys and of the company. I will ONLY use Two Men!!

Dear Two Men & A Truck,

Your workers were professional, thoughtful, and took very few breaks! Must be nice to be in great shape - your guys moved tons of my junk - the $858 we paid was well worth it! Thank you! I would recommend your company to anyone.

Asheville, N.C.

A recent customer of the Asheville location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was more than pleased with the customer service he received during a difficult moving time.

I am about to use your services once again in less then three months. Every experience with you has been exceptional. Your office on Hendersonville road has been sensitive to my needs in a very emotional time for me. I had to move my mom in Sept. to an Assisted Living Facility in Asheville. I now have to move her again (scheduled for Mon. Jan. 11, 2010) and I feel your people here have been caring and helpful to the maximum. The girl that took my call (I am sorry I don't remember her name) treated my dilemma as if she was part of the family and the the last move with your company here sent me two wonderful guys that helped me through a difficult time with this move. Excellence should be rewarded. I just could not let this experience go by without sharing a compliment because they all deserve it. The last move had a bit of a glitch on the timing but it was how it was handled that made the difference. My hat is off to all the folks at Two Men and a Truck in the Hendersonville NC location.

From My Heart

Omaha, Nebr.

Recently, the Omaha location of  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a positive review from a happy customer.

I would just like to let you know that I was thoroughly impressed with Jose and Pompae (sp?). They were courteous and polite, and moved everything so quickly I could hardly believe it! Initially I was worried about hiring a moving service but they were so quick and efficient I was amazed. They moved in 4 hours what would have taken me and anyone I know 4 days! Jose was so polite and helpful and Pompae (sp?) always seemed in such good spirits they made the move so easy! Thank you and if you ever need anyone to vouch for their efforts I would be more than willing to put in a good word for them! Thanks again.

Lansing, Mich.

The Lansing franchise of  TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently was informed that two of its employees were "living the core values" during a move with a customer.

Dear Two Men and a Truck:

This past Saturday I had your company move my belongings from an apartment to a new Condo I purchased. I just wanted to take the time to write and let you know what a great job the two movers did. They were on time and moved all of our personal items very quickly and with great care. The move came in under the time that was quoted as an estimate. John and Josh (I believe that was their names) were very friendly and professional. It is nice to have this kind of quality service when dealing with something as stressful as a move! These two gentlemen represented your company very well last weekend.

Regards,
Kurt

Seminole County, Fla.

The Seminole location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a thank you that proves professionalism really does go a long way.

I want to say thanks for moving our home so professionally. Everyone on the phone and the 3 movers were great. Things were taken care of beyond our expectations. I especially want to tell you how great a job Marvin does for you. He acts professionally and was very efficient. It was nice to watch him work quickly while being extremely careful of each of my possessions. My husband and our two friends all talked about what a good job he did. Obviously he is a team leader and mentored and taught the others as they went along ie put your hand right where mine is. See how it balances? We noticed this all but he was very quiet and respectful of us and his co-workers.

Thought you'd like to know how well you are represented.
Regards
Judy

Lakeshore, Mich.

The Lakeshore location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a thank you letter from the Benton Harbor Habitat For Humanity for all the generous work they have put forth.

Dear Two Men and a Truck,

As you may know, last year Habitat Harbor celebrated its 15th anniversary and the construction of more than 100 homes in the Benton Harbor community. This demonstrates and confirms that, with the generosity and support of partners like you, we are making big strides toward our goal: to make substandard housing socially, politically, and religiously unacceptable in our nation and world. Your support is meaningful to us and to our families. All we have accomplished would not be possible without your help.

Thank you for your contribution to our success!

Harbor Habitat and our Partner Families sincerely appreciate your willingness and assistance in the moving process. Moving is a big job, and your generous gift of four hours to move each family demonstrates your support for Harbor Habitat. The time you have given has made the transition process for our families easier. It is thanks to the help of partners like you that we are making progress toward the elimination of substandard housing in Benton Harbor and Benton Charter Township!

On behalf of our board of directors, staff, and our partner families, please accept our sincere thanks for the time you've donated. We are greatly encouraged by your gift and your partnership.

With Sincere Appreciation;
Kathleen

Delaware County, Pa.

A recent customer of the Delaware County location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was very pleased with the entire moving process.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my EXTREME SATISFACTION with the service and job Two Men and A Truck did on my move from Harrisburg to King Of Prussia. From start to finish Brooke Williams provided excellent customer service, help with my quote, and provided some helpful suggestions. On the day of our move Larry and Rob were GREAT! The move team showed up right on time. They had no problem breaking down our furniture and loading the boxes we had pre-packed into the truck. We were packed and on the road within two and a half hours! Upon arrival Rob and Larry had no problem unloading and took direction perfectly. Great guys, with good attitudes made the move much easier. Really I cannot stress how great the move crew was. I highly recommend Two Men and A Truck to anyone that is planning a move!

Thanks,
Alexander

Pinellas County, Fla.

The Pinellas County location received great feedback in this e-mail from a recent business customer:

I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we had with your team of employees!!! Starting out from the beginning Amanda followed up with me over the last couple of months. She made sure that she had all of the information needed to make it a smooth ride for us. Her follow up and attention to detail is something very rare. The gentlemen that helped us move were very professional worked at a great pace. I admire the way your team functions as you don't see this quite often any more. I will continue to recommend your company but please pass this along to your employees as they are doing an amazing job!!

Minneapolis/SW, Minn.

The Minneapolis/SW location received commendations in this e-mail from a recent customer:

Hello, I want to commend your company and the two men who worked there yesterday. Vladimir and Brian were gracious with me in every way, knowledgeable about the work of moving all the pieces of furniture, including two pieces that they had to disassemble and reassemble. Vladimir informed me of the need before going ahead with that work, aware that it would require more time than we had estimated originally.

I also noted how quietly and respectfully they worked together. When I move into my new place, I will get bids for the move and hope that I can have Vladimir and Brian again if they also meet your criteria for that kind of move.

Thanks, too, for your cordial work over the phone. In a somewhat stressful time, it helps to work with people of goodwill.

They should be commended for their exemplary customer service. Their names are Billy (lead mover), Michael, Armstrong and Nick. Please pass this on to the manager and/or owner. These young men represent your business very well.

St. Louis/E, Ill.

The St. Louis East franchise received the following e-mail from a satisfied customer:

I wanted to take a moment to point out the “excellent” service your employees Maurice and Joe provided us on Feb. 9.  We were in a very bad situation and had to get my sister moved within hours.  Both Maurice and Joe stepped up to the challenge and delivered.  We had nothing packed or broken down.  They showed us how to put the boxes together and how to start in a room until finished.  They took care of the heavy furniture.  If not for the service your employees provided us we would not have had my sister moved in the timely matter required.

Again we thank them and your company.

Knoxville West, Tenn.

The Knoxville West franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a very high rating from a satisfied customer.

I would like you to know that we were very satisfied with your service--Number 5 rating (highest). We also want to compliment Walter and Tim for doing an excellent job with our furniture. They were very conscientious! They were afraid our concrete driveway had not dried enough to bring their truck up to the garage without damaging the driveway. So, they carried each piece of furniture and boxes up the driveway. We greatly appreciate their thoughtfulness. You are very fortunate to have these dedicated men working for your company.

Sincerely,
Calvin & Frances

DuPage, Will, Kendall, Ill.

A recent thank you letter from a customer of the DuPage, Will, Kendall location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® who was pleased with how smoothly the moving process went.

Brandon, Rudy and John made our moving experience less stressful. We were confident once we saw how organized and careful they were with our things. They introduced themselves, verified the items to be moved and began to put down mats to protect our wood floors. They all were very polite and let us know when they were taking breaks and when we came across any issues they informed us and we worked them our to our satisfaction. They were very conscientious about anything that would damage our flooring and made an extra effort to make sure we were satisfied. I would use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® the next time I move and ask for the same movers. It was a "no hassle" experience. Best decision we ever made.

Thanks!

Oakland County North, Mich.

A very happy customer of the Oakland County North location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently had a positive experience with the whole crew.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK was a great way to move. When I called to talk about a move, I spoke to Jamie, she was wonderful. She spoke with such confidence and grace that I knew every thing was going to be fine. She suggested we use 2 trucks as we had so much to move. (what a great sales woman)

The move was on the 8th of February and the weather was awful as we had just had a big storm. The two trucks showed up with 5 men. Everyone worked very hard and it was a pleasure to deal with the move and worth every penny spent. Nothing was damaged and the workers were very eager to please as well as being very respectful, polite and cheerful. Two great crews.
