 Hello, I want to commend your company and the two men who worked there yesterday. Vladimir and Brian were gracious with me in every way, knowledgeable about the work of moving all the pieces of furniture, including two pieces that they had to disassemble and reassemble. Vladimir informed me of the need before going ahead with that work, aware that it would require more time than we had estimated originally.

I also noted how quietly and respectfully they worked together. When I move into my new place, I will get bids for the move and hope that I can have Vladimir and Brian again if they also meet your criteria for that kind of move.
