Recently the Lincoln TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise has recieved several thank you letters from satisifed customers, here a just a few:
Tanya,
Sorry we haven't given any updates recently but we wanted to have a better idea of a closing date. We would like to look at scheduling the movers for either Saturday May, 22 or Thursday May, 27. We can basically pick our closing date depending on when we can get the movers sceduled. Let me know what's possible and we'll get something scheduled!
A side note, we really appreciate everything you've done for us and all of the information you've provided and wanted to let you know that YOU are the reason we chose TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®. No other company would give us the time of day without a firm schedule date. So again, thank you very much!
Jordan
Dear Manager, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®,
Thank you for sending K.C. and Kyle to help move my husband's cousin to an assissted living residence. They were professional in every way and provided extraordinary service. They handled our mistakes in judging the length of a dresser and then on the return trip a key was left in the house locking us out. Their assisstance in locating a locksmith solved the problem. They handled customer mistakes with empathy and I have never been treated so well. I hope you get to see these two men work together; the more experienced mover directed the activity and the second mover worked to complete the job. If we need this service again I hope K.C. and Kyle are sent to do the job. Do anything necessary to keep them as your employees.
Sincerely,
Rosemary
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you so much for your wonderful support in helping St. Paul Lutheran Church deliver approximately eighty Easter food baskets to the First Lutheran Church and World Fellowship Christian Center in Omaha. The two young men who made the deliveries, Mark and Jason, were right on time , and they were courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure working with them.
Again, thanks so much for providing this service. God bless you and have a Happy Easter!
Sincerely,
Mary

Madison, Wis.
The team at the Madison, Wis. location recently recieved this e-mail from Stamp Out Hunger, thanking them for their donations.
Over the past week food donations have continued to come into various post offices around the city and county as well as results from some of the outlying communities. I think we are now at a point where we can declare a final result for the drive.
Dane County’s 2010 total collection is 198,587 lbs! This equates to 158,870 meals. While this is a bit short of last year’s result of 205,000 lbs. I do not feel the drop is significant and I think we can blame the weather for 3% less food.
Special thanks to Pat Nee and all the carriers from NALC Capitol City Merged Branch 507; the U.S. Postal Service, Ann McNeary from United Way, Two Men and a Truck®, Oakleaf Properties, The Post Office Credit Union, and all the wonderful volunteers who came out on May 8 to help us make the drive a success.

Waukesha, Wis.
The team at the Waukesha, Wis. location recieved this letter from a happy customer.
I have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® several times to move and always had good service. On March 12, I used your services again and in all my moves I have never had a team that worked so exceptionally. The two gentlemen that did my move were extremely conscientious to ensure my furniture was well taken care of and yet they managed to complete the job well under my expected timeline. In the past my moves with your group have taken a full day and these two gentlemen finished in a half day. In addition, they demonstrated positive attitudes and were a joy to have in my home. I can’t say enough positive things about Manuel and John. They are a true testament to what quality employees are and represent your organization fabulously.
I felt it necessary to pass on my positive experience and to let you know what a wonderful job these two men did. Their great customer service has renewed a mediocre response from past experience with your company to outstanding and exceptional service.
Thank you for assigning these gentlemen to my move they made it worry free and an enjoyable experience.

Kentucky and Ohio franchises combine efforts for Haiti
Six franchises in Ohio and Kentucky worked together to collect donations of clothing, food, medical supplies and more in support of Haiti relief efforts (Northern Kentucky; Dayton, Ohio; Hamilton West, Ohio; Hamilton East, Ohio; Butler County, Ohio; and Warren-Clermont, Ohio). Since February, these franchises have served as a drop-off point. They have collected hundreds of items and delivered them to Matthew 25 Ministries, which then shipped the donations to Haiti.

The franchise received this thank-you letter for donating services to a local non-profit:
On behalf of HAVEN, I would like to extend our appreciation fo the services Patrick Howard and Jesse Parker provided for moving items out of our Farmington Hills office and relocating those items to our two other offices in Bingham Farms and Pontiac.
The movers were prompt, courteous and efficient, and were able to accommodate an unexpected power outage that left some of the rooms in our office completely dark. With the aid of just light from their cell phones, they still were able to disassemble the whiteboards from the walls and remove furniture from very tight quarters and kept the process completely on track!
In times of tight budgets, HAVEN truly appreciates the services that were provided at no cost to our agency – in our eyes that is priceless!

Hello-
My name is Debra. I hired Two Men and A Truck April 23, 2010 to move a desk from one room in my home to another. This is the first time that I have utilized your company.
I would like to take a moment to let you know how professional everyone that I dealt with from your company was. First of all, I am no rookie with movers. I have done eight transcontinental relocations. Moving a family of five that far that many times give you some experience in knowing what makes movers good and what makes them poor. Your staff, from the moment of first contact was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and very organized! I greatly appreciate the efficiency in which my call and request for service was handled. Additionally, the communication continued with a confirmation call a day before the move, and again the day of the move letting me know what time to expect the movers. And, as a very busy person myself, I can't tell you how I appreciated that the gentlemen were punctual! They demostrated a great work ethic and that is NOT a trait that I see often in this the region.
When the men arrived they were wonderful. They assessed the job and had all of the training and equipment necessary to do just what needed to be done. The job was estimated to take an hour and that is just what it was. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that stands behind age old principals that once made American companies great....just treat the customers right....."do unto others as you would have them do to you..." It is wonderful to have every contact with your company from Nikki on the phone to Keith and (oh dear, I can't recall his name but it rhymed with Keith) be a positive one!
I love to sing the praises of people for a job well done. Unfortunately, all too often, service employees do not even show up to do a job much less rise to the level of communication and expertise that your staff has. Keep up the good training! Keep rewarding your good employees for a job well done! It is so much easier to keep good staff than to find and train new people. If these three people, which I had contact with, did this excellent of a job on such a small job, I know they are doing an outstanding job on every job. Please do recognize them! They were wonderful! Thank you for such a positive experience.

Sorry I have not responded before now.
My computer at work will not allow me to open your survey site.
The crew of 4 young men you sent to me were excellent. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and were a pleasure to work with.
I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed assistance in moving.
I can’t remember all of their names but I believe that Damien, Adam, and possibly Cornelius were three of them; however, I think Cornelius may be wrong.
Thank you, and the young men for a job well done,
Randy

A happy customer e-mailed Executive Vice President Jon Sorber:
Jon, just wanted to drop you a line about your company. I have a buddy that had to move due to circumstances beyond his control. He had to move this last Saturday and I was unavailable to help. I called the Lansing office Friday at 10:00am to find our availability. Not only did they move him by 11:30 Saturday morning, they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Kudos to you and your organization! They were great!
