The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Omaha, Neb., location recently participated in a Cinco De Mayo parade. The franchise brought along its mascot Truckie to participate in the community event and help observe this holiday that celebrates Mexican heritage and pride, Franchisee Eileen Marrison said.
