Home Office received this letter from a happy customer near Atlanta, Ga.

Hello-

My name is Debra. I hired Two Men and A Truck April 23, 2010 to move a desk from one room in my home to another. This is the first time that I have utilized your company.

I would like to take a moment to let you know how professional everyone that I dealt with from your company was. First of all, I am no rookie with movers. I have done eight transcontinental relocations. Moving a family of five that far that many times give you some experience in knowing what makes movers good and what makes them poor. Your staff, from the moment of first contact was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and very organized! I greatly appreciate the efficiency in which my call and request for service was handled. Additionally, the communication continued with a confirmation call a day before the move, and again the day of the move letting me know what time to expect the movers. And, as a very busy person myself, I can't tell you how I appreciated that the gentlemen were punctual! They demostrated a great work ethic and that is NOT a trait that I see often in this the region.

When the men arrived they were wonderful. They assessed the job and had all of the training and equipment necessary to do just what needed to be done. The job was estimated to take an hour and that is just what it was. It is a pleasure to do business with a company that stands behind age old principals that once made American companies great....just treat the customers right....."do unto others as you would have them do to you..." It is wonderful to have every contact with your company from Nikki on the phone to Keith and (oh dear, I can't recall his name but it rhymed with Keith) be a positive one!

I love to sing the praises of people for a job well done. Unfortunately, all too often, service employees do not even show up to do a job much less rise to the level of communication and expertise that your staff has. Keep up the good training! Keep rewarding your good employees for a job well done! It is so much easier to keep good staff than to find and train new people. If these three people, which I had contact with, did this excellent of a job on such a small job, I know they are doing an outstanding job on every job. Please do recognize them! They were wonderful! Thank you for such a positive experience.

A very satisfied customer,

Debra

Sorry I have not responded before now.

My computer at work will not allow me to open your survey site.

The crew of 4 young men you sent to me were excellent. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and were a pleasure to work with.

I would highly recommend them to anyone that needed assistance in moving.

I can’t remember all of their names but I believe that Damien, Adam, and possibly Cornelius were three of them; however, I think Cornelius may be wrong.

Thank you, and the young men for a job well done,

Randy
