Omaha, Neb.
The Omaha location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this lengthy e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking his movers for truely great moving experience.
I would like to make my opinion known to those "higher up" in the management chain. I have had the opportunity to take part in approximately ten moves between friends and family members who used your company. We've had good and bad experiences with the men who worked to move these homes. To be honest, when my mother-in-law offered to hire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to move my family's home I was hesitant. We haven't always had the best service, and I didn't want it to take forever and have my belongings ruined, (both of which have happened before... more than once). Saturday morning, my mother and I waited at my home. Five minutes to 8:30 (our scheduled time), my mother decided to run to the store since our experience reminded us that the movers are usually late. To my surprise, at 8:30 on the dot, the doorbell rang. Drew K and Mark R from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® on L Street in Omaha, Neb. moved both my home and my mother's home (two whole houses of belongings) in four and a half hours in ninety-nine degree heat with one hundred percent humidity. Neither man complained even once. Both were extremely gracious, and helped us with services beyond their job description. When they weren't carrying something, they were jogging. When they were carrying something, they were so careful, we never saw even a single bump on a wall. They worked well together, helped each other often, and made a great team. I have never in my life seen two men work harder, faster, or more efficiently than these two men. My family and I are more grateful for Mark and Drew than we can write. If you have not given them raises recently, you should. And if you have, you should do it again. Maybe this is the kind of work and attitude you expect from all of your employees; I hope it is. But it is not what you usually get and I am sure you are aware of that. Mark and Drew had the kind of dedication, concern for the customer and their perception of the company, and attitude that makes a customer want to tell everyone they know how much they appreciate your company despite all of the negative experiences they've had in the past. One experience this good overshadows all of the bad experiences in the past. I urge you to acknowledge Drew and Mark's hard work. In a world where most people, (including myself) leave comments only when they have something to report or complain about, feedback such as that outlined above is monumental. It might seem a little excessive, but I want to make my point clear. Drew and Mark changed our perception of your company. I will ask for them the next time I move, and I will tell others to do the same. Thank you for the opportunity to leave this long, but well deserved comment.

The Durham franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking his movers for a job well done.
I want to commend the three movers from the Durham, N.C. franchise who moved our belongings in late June. Hector Espinoza, Alex Guerrero, and Floyd Medwinter were a great team. In very unpleasant heat and humidity they loaded trucks one day and unloaded them the next, moving our belongings with the utmost care. Throughout they were professional and courteous. Please recognize them in your company for the fine work they do.
Thank you,

Macomb County, Mich.
The Macomb County location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this letter from a satisfied customer.
Jeff,
It was nice meeting you a couple weeks ago. As you know, I hired TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® out of Fraser to assist me with my move in late June. This was my 4th time moving and my first time hiring it out. My TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® experience exceeded all of my expectations! Jamel Cooper and Jason Swanigan were absolutely fantastic to work with. Not only where these guys fast and efficient but they were personable too. I expected I would need them for at least 8 hours and then I would probably add another one of two hours but these guys did it all in 6 total hours (not including the 1 hour travel time from house to house). I have had more guys help me move in the past and it took a lot longer than what it took these two guys. I was so impressed with these guys on the load up that I bought them lunch. The thing that impressed me most about these guys is not only their work ethic at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® but also their pursuit of higher education at night. I’m not sure I would have the energy to work in a labor intensive job all day and then head off to 3 or 4 hours of lecture in the evening. Hats off to these guys.
I have heard similar experiences to mine recently and thought I would share mine with you. I look forward to meeting with you again soon.
Sincerly,
Robert

The TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchise located in Bay City, Midland and Saginaw has recently received a lot of positive support from customers and organizations that it has donated to. The franchise recently recieved two letters for their cahritable donation:.one from the CAN Council of Saginaw for donating three days of moving services and one from Walter and Janet, thanking the franchise for moving an electric powered wheelchair free of charge. As well as on thank you letter sent by a satisfied customer.
Dear Ms. Anderson,
Together with the CAN Council Board of Directors, I want to thank you for your support of our 17th Annual Mardi Gras Auction! With your generosity, despite the economic condition of our community - the CAN Council has great support!
As you may konw, the Can Council is in our 30th year of providing the programs and services needed to move toward our mission of "Building a community where children are free from abuse and neglect". Each day the CAN Team of Staff, board and 300+ volunteers work together for our children and families! On their behalf, I want to share our heartfelt gratitude.
Thank you for your generous in-kind donation of three days of moving services to and from Apple Mountain. Without your labor and sweat, we truly could not have done it! We look forward to maintaining our strong programming, developing needed programs and services and continuing to be the catalyst for change in our community. Thank you for believeing in Saginaw County, "Our Children Should Be Seen, Heard, and Believed".
With Gratitude,
Suzanne
Dear Patti,
Please accept my sincere THANK YOU for the kindness extended to me in solving the problem of getting and AMIGO powered wheelchair being made available to me from St. Stanislaus Parish center to my home.
Having access to the AMIGO will increase my safety, self-care and lessening of worry and need for time spent helping me by my wife.
Being forced to live on pension income and being faced with increasing doctor and medical bills as my health deteriorates, the charity extended by TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to us has made a lasting favorable impression. An impression enhanced by our phone encounter with you and John and Nate who brought the AMIGO to my home.
May peace, serenity, and prosperity be yours.
Sincerely,
Walter
I thought I would pass along all the wonderful things that I have heard about your company. Everyone I talked to from the assisted living place, the bank, and the neighbors in Cass City and Holly, they all recommend your company right away and said that you all were very responsible, timely, and that your movers were careful and polite. That is why we called you. I am planning to move within the next 5-7 years and will be calling again as we will be moving our whole house, 2 garages and whatever else we accumulate by then.

Valparaiso, Ind.
Downtown Valparaiso just got a little more musical this summer. And the Valparaiso Kiwanis Club hopes its own citizens will provide the soundtrack to summer 2010.
The Valparaiso franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® has partnered with the Kiwanis Club to place five upright pianos in various locations in the downtown area. The hope is that the pianos will encourage people to spend more time downtown and the club also believes that the pianos will help children by promoting music in their lives. The Valparaiso franchise is excited to be a part of such a unique opportunity to help its city.
The pianos will be tuned twice during the summer and tarps are ready to cover the pianos in case of rainy weather.

Madison, Wis.
The Madison franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently donated it's services to Community Action Coalition for South Central WI, Inc. to collect food for the less fortunate. The coalition thanked the franchise for its charitable donation that helped lead to this year's success.
Over the past week food donations have continued to come into various post offices around the city and county as well as results from some of the outlying communities. I think we are now at a point where we can declare a final result for the drive.
Dane County’s 2010 total collection is 198,587 lbs! This equates to 158,870 meals. While this is a bit short of last year’s result of 205,000 lbs. I do not feel the drop is significant and I think we can blame the weather for 3% less food.
Special thanks to Pat Nee and all the carriers from NALC Capitol City Merged Branch 507; the U.S. Postal Service, Ann McNeary from United Way,TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, Oakleaf Properties, The Post Office Credit Union, and all the wonderful volunteers who came out on May 8 to help us make the drive a success.

Lakeshore, Mich.
The Lakeshore franchise of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently gave to Legal Aid of Western Michigan, a group that gives legal help to those who cannot afford it.
Legal Aid was so thankful they had this to say:
Sometimes, even with our best efforts, Legal Aid just cannot do what the client needs done and often we look to other agencies and organizations in the community to pick up and help when our efforts are not successful.
That happened in a recent case in our Berrien County office and the help came, not from another human service agency, but from a group of big-hearted businessmen.
Despite the best efforts of the Legal Aid attorney, an especially needy client was facing eviction. The efforts of Legal Aid and the courts had given her extra time but her time had run out. She had no resources--no money, no family or friends to help her move, no place except the Shelter to go.
Hearing about her plight, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® stepped forward and volunteered their labor and truck to help move her belongings to safe storage!
Legal Aid thank these generous men for going the extra mile!

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® in the South
Three TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® franchises located in the south of the U.S., two in Georgia and one in Florida, recieved compliments from customers who appreciated their efficient and friendly moves.
Seminole County, Fla.
I wanted to report that the Seminole office moved me from Longwood, Fla., to South Carolina. The move started Dec. 28, 2009, and took three days. I only have great things to say about my movers, Marvin and Doug – my move was efficient and went very well. The movers were thoughtful, patient, considerate and polite. The load and the unload went smoothly. I am very pleased with my move and wanted to let you know.
Yoki
Cobb County/S, Ga.
We had three of your associates pick up and deliver. John and Al were the drivers. These two guys were awesome. They represent your company very well. Hopefully I will not need to move again soon. If I do I will use TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®! I definitely will recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® for cost, efficiency and personnel.

Wanted to let you know of the outstanding job the two men did with our move. Their hard work made our move simple and an easy day. Thanks again for all your help.
