Dear Friend:
On behalf of the children and families we serve at Phoenix Children's Hospital and Brennan's Sports Bar & Mexican Food, we'd like to extend our deepest gratitude for your generous support and participation of Brennan's 24th Annual Charity Golf Tournament. Thanks to your contribution, Brennan's raised $7344.75 for Phoenix Children's which helps us celebrate the lives of thousands of patients who come to us for our veryspecial brand of care.
We appreciate your dedication and charity that made this event possible. Your gift enables our Children's Heart Center and the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders to make significant strides in pediatric health care, continuing the Hospital's commitment to strengthen its services so children of Arizona.
More than 1,232 pediatric heart surgeries took place at the Children's Heart Center in 2008. With the appointment of pediatric cardiothoracic surgeon Jeffrey Pearl, MD to lead the program the Children's Heart Center is poised for significant growth.
The Center for Cancer and Blood disorders at Phoenix Children's Hospital is the largest pediatric provider of hematology and oncology services in Arizona, treating more than 70 percent of pediatric brain tumor patients in the state. The Center has the only pediatric blood and marrow transplant program in the Valley, offered in cooperation with Mayo Clinic, and has performed more than 70 such transplants since its inception.
We are always grateful for the giving spirit of our friends in the community who share our commitment to making life better for more than 100,000 children in our care each year.
Thank you for believing in us and supporting our mission: hope, healing, and the best possible care for children and their families. We look forward to seeing you again next year!
Sincerely,
Steven
