Omaha, Neb.

The Omaha location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received this lengthy e-mail from a satisfied customer thanking his movers for truely great moving experience.

I would like to make my opinion known to those "higher up" in the management chain. I have had the opportunity to take part in approximately ten moves between friends and family members who used your company. We've had good and bad experiences with the men who worked to move these homes. To be honest, when my mother-in-law offered to hire TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® to move my family's home I was hesitant. We haven't always had the best service, and I didn't want it to take forever and have my belongings ruined, (both of which have happened before... more than once). Saturday morning, my mother and I waited at my home. Five minutes to 8:30 (our scheduled time), my mother decided to run to the store since our experience reminded us that the movers are usually late. To my surprise, at 8:30 on the dot, the doorbell rang. Drew K and Mark R from TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® on L Street in Omaha, Neb. moved both my home and my mother's home (two whole houses of belongings) in four and a half hours in ninety-nine degree heat with one hundred percent humidity. Neither man complained even once. Both were extremely gracious, and helped us with services beyond their job description. When they weren't carrying something, they were jogging. When they were carrying something, they were so careful, we never saw even a single bump on a wall. They worked well together, helped each other often, and made a great team. I have never in my life seen two men work harder, faster, or more efficiently than these two men. My family and I are more grateful for Mark and Drew than we can write. If you have not given them raises recently, you should. And if you have, you should do it again. Maybe this is the kind of work and attitude you expect from all of your employees; I hope it is. But it is not what you usually get and I am sure you are aware of that. Mark and Drew had the kind of dedication, concern for the customer and their perception of the company, and attitude that makes a customer want to tell everyone they know how much they appreciate your company despite all of the negative experiences they've had in the past. One experience this good overshadows all of the bad experiences in the past. I urge you to acknowledge Drew and Mark's hard work. In a world where most people, (including myself) leave comments only when they have something to report or complain about, feedback such as that outlined above is monumental. It might seem a little excessive, but I want to make my point clear. Drew and Mark changed our perception of your company. I will ask for them the next time I move, and I will tell others to do the same. Thank you for the opportunity to leave this long, but well deserved comment.
