Northern Michigan, Mich.

The Northern Michigan location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® loves hearing about a phenomenal job they've done, and they were pleased to receive this thank you from a happy customer.

The Traverse City franchise was phenomenal! Dan, driver and team leader, and Wes were very professional in their appearance, their attitude, and their demeanor. They were always hustling and were exceedingly careful with my goods. Jamie, my phone friend and scheduler, was patient, thorough and a very good listener to my concerns. She explained many options I could use, and was overall fantastic. I would HIGHLY recommend this franchise to others. My brother was right...Two Men and a Truck would add much value to my moving experience.

THANK YOU ALL, Dan, Wes, and Jamie!

Wilmington, N.C.

The Wilmington location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was pleased to be notified of outstanding performance by two movers from a grateful customer.

I recently had the distinct pleasure of working with Two Men and a Truck out of Wilmington, NC as I moved my family into our current home. I was favorably surprised that the truck showed up promptly and the two gentlemen, Chester and Dre, were dressed smartly and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism upon our initial meeting. Throughout the move, these two gentlemen were absolutely amazing in the execution of their duties, but the genuine care and concern they showed for our property was inspiring to say the least. Although faced with some challenging logistical and architectural challenges, these two professionals rose to the task and did so in a manner that was an extreme compliment to your company. Their courteous manner, steadfast professionalism and dedication to their task reflected great credit upon themselves and your company. I have talked with the Wilmington, NC branch office but would like to recommend these gentlemen for corporate level recognition because they rightly deserve it. They represented Two Men and a Truck in an exceptional manner and should be recognized for it. You have gained a lifelong customer with me and I will refer all my friends and family to your company. Thank you. If you have any questions, please contact me immediately.

Regards,
Ed

Columbia, S.C.

A recent thank you letter to the Columbia location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® showed that great customer service is the key to ensuring that customers come back.

I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU. This was the first time we have used your company, but we have nothing but great things to say about the Columbia, SC office. From Kathy and Mary that I worked with on the phone to Nate and Cedrick that were the movers, everyone was GREAT!! Today Nate and Cedrick moved some of our belongings from Elgin, SC to Fort Mill, SC. We were so pleased not only with how well they did their jobs moving and packing our belongings but at how polite and courteous they both were. These guys are absolutely an asset to your company, and due to their exceptional performance today, we will use Two Men and a Truck in the very near future as we move our stuff from storage into our new home this spring/summer. Please extend our appreciation to the Columbia, SC office! I can’t thank everyone enough!!!

Des Moines, Iowa

Recently the Des Moines location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® was reminded that customer service is important from top to bottom with this thank you letter from an appreciative customer.

Staff,
As concierge for RE/MAX Real Estate Group I had recently interviewed you business to become the primary mover for our office. I was very pleased with all of the answers that LORI TASCHNER provided about your service; after all, the reputation of my office is only as good as the services that I refer. Little did I know that I would become the first test of your services since I had a move coming up of my own.

The estimator that was sent to me was JOE BAUGHMAN. He only further assured me that I was heading in the right direction in choosing your company. Your office than followed up with regular emails with helpful hints of things to do in preparing for a move and reminding me of the additional services and materials you had available if needed. You also called two days prior to the move to confirm.

On moving morning; as with most of my clients, I had been up most of the night and going over every detail of what I might have forgotten. The movers that you sent me:

TERRY FICUS, YACO WILLIAMS and BRYON FRHON set all of my concerns to rest. They had a large box and blankets ready for the large art work that wasn't packed, they addressed every issue I had. They were warm, courteous and professional all of the way through. Upon arriving at the new residence they moved furniture around as many times as I asked; after all, one thinks they know the layout until it's placed and you realize it wasn't exactly what you thought.

All of the people highlighted in this referral I would eagerly look forward to working with again and feel comfortable in referring any of my clientele to. I look forward to a long and pleasurable association with your company.

My Warmest Regards,
Don

Hermitage, Tenn.

The  Hermitage location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® takes pride in "living the core values", and they recently received a thank you letter that shows they truly are "movers who care."

Dear Two Men & A Truck
In our 40 years together, the Gold's have moved nearly 20 times. We know how to move. We've contracted Mayflower, United, Atlas... we've even done it ourselves with U-Haul. But Monsieur Pierre and Mister LeRoy are the greatest moving team we've ever encountered! "Gentle Giants"!! Professional... personable... friendly...The kind of guys you'd be lucky to have as friends! They were quick... went about their business with no moments of wasted time..Strong... they carried parcels, packages and furniture when lesser men would've needed dollies or hand-trucks.No dents. No scratches. No complaints.

If you ever need testimony for TWO MEN AND A TRUCK, Pierre and LeRoy personify your slogan: "Movers Who Care." Just ask The Gold's of St Charles, Missouri.

Thank you for sending these two fine gentlemen to our project.
Sincerest Regards
Dan

Greenville, S.C.

Recently, the Greenville location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® received a thank you note that shows great customer service really goes a long way.

To whom it may concern,

We have just completed our second move with TwoMen and both have been absolutely fantastic experiences. The first was in 2006 and so quite a while ago, but most recently we used TwoMen to move us from Greenville, SC to Charlotte, NC. From the first conversation I had with Nathan Bocock I was blown away by the customer service. We were also getting quotes from a couple of your competitors whose prices were similar, however the customer service was not. There was no question who I was going to choose. The guys who moved us were top notch. They had great attitudes, very polite and helpful and truly a joy to be around. Ironically enough the same lead mover, Willie, was the one who moved us back in 2006. How could we have gotten so lucky!!!! We will definitely refer TwoMen to any of our family and friends in need of a fantastic and professional moving company.

Thank you so much fo making our move so smooth! You guys are the best!!!

Pittsburgh SW, Pa.

The Pittsburgh Southwest location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® recently received a special thank you for their services toward the Whitehall Public Library's annual book sale.

Dear Dottie and Ray:

Many heartfelt thanks for the wonderful help this year for our annual book sale. We made more than $3,900.00 which will go towards purchasing books, audio CDs and other materials that our patrons want. Your donation of moving services made all that possible and please pass on our thanks to your wonderful staff that made very short work of a years' worth of books!

We have had such a wonderful year with so many library supporters making sure that the library is able to offer the programs and quality materials that we are known for. Two Men and a Truck were a big part of this.

Don't be surprised if our own "Library Elves" drop off a special treat for the holidays to your office.
