A recent thank you letter to the Columbia location of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® showed that great customer service is the key to ensuring that customers come back.
I wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU. This was the first time we have used your company, but we have nothing but great things to say about the Columbia, SC office. From Kathy and Mary that I worked with on the phone to Nate and Cedrick that were the movers, everyone was GREAT!! Today Nate and Cedrick moved some of our belongings from Elgin, SC to Fort Mill, SC. We were so pleased not only with how well they did their jobs moving and packing our belongings but at how polite and courteous they both were. These guys are absolutely an asset to your company, and due to their exceptional performance today, we will use Two Men and a Truck in the very near future as we move our stuff from storage into our new home this spring/summer. Please extend our appreciation to the Columbia, SC office! I can’t thank everyone enough!!!
