The Hamilton/E, Ohio, franchise received a letter from a customer who said he wanted to acknowledge the “uniquely wonderful experience our move was.” He indicated he had used the location’s moving services before, but this move was exceptional. The customer attributed the great experience to his team of movers: Nate Biggers, James Rogers, Chris Whitney and Donald Davis.
